Mitch has 13 years of customer-facing management experience in the mobile telecoms industry. He worked in the South/North American and European markets, holding various consultant roles within the CRM, billing, collections and payment space, before joining Upaid Brazil as Product and Marketing Director in 2002. He was a key member of CEO Roberto Biagi's team in Upaid Brazil until 2005, when he left to broaden his career experience at Ericsson Brazil. Mitch joined Upaid's UK team in September 2006, working closely with existing and potential customers.
