Mobile Industry divided over m-payment system

The mobile content industry is divided over whether mobile commerce will be controlled by payment providers such as PayPal or mobile operators, according to a survey by mobile company Upaid. An equal proportion of respondents (42%) agreed with either side of the debate, the survey found. Those surveyed also believed mobile commerce is being held back by an insufficient billing system.
